Remember that nuke from the first game? The one that killed Sgt.No boundaries: he doesn't flinch at torture, human trafficking or genocide, and he's not loyal to a flag or a country or any set of ideals. Makarov is fighting for his own war and has no rules.Wallace Breen, Grigor the Second, Kefka Palazzo and The Joker either blush or get disgusted and angry about his utterly satanic actions. He commits so many scumbagish ways of acts throughout the trilogy that not only is downright sick, but would make guys like Frieza, Darkrai, Herex, Tenpenny, Lord Brevon, Vay Hek, Emperor Palpatine, The Enchantress, Fuyuhiko Date (aKa, the Doctor), Dr. Makarov is nothing but an unfiltered g lobal war-starting scumbag and one of the most despicable human beings ever drawn on paper.Note: Despite being one of the main antagonists, Makarov does not get fought in the first two Modern Warfare games, only in the third and final game of the trilogy, which is what this list will be talking about. He is widely regarded as one of the most hated characters in gaming history, and his "boss battle" is also infamous for its qualities.

Vladimir Makarov is one of the antagonists of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare trilogy, and later on both the main antagonist and final boss of the third and final installment of the trilogy, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. (The 100th Page on Atrocious Gameplay Wiki!) and you thought Lucien was the unholy king of most hated videogame characters.
